Supported Carriers: Participating carriers include T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. They are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Support Issues and Unsubscribing: You can opt out of Wellness Wisdom Club at any time by texting STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to {Insert Program Code}. Standard message and data rates may apply. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with your mobile phone number as the subject line. Ownership, Trademarks, and Modifications to Offers: Wellness Wisdom Online or its partners own all legal rights, title, and interest in Wellness Wisdom Club services and offers. You are not allowed to alter offers or remove proprietary rights notices. Usage of trademarks should not cause confusion or harm their goodwill unless authorized by a partner.

Termination: Wellness Wisdom Online can terminate your subscription at any time without notice or future obligation.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Wellness Wisdom Club service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Wellness Wisdom Online makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Factors beyond Wellness Wisdom Online’s control, such as carrier networks and internet speed, may affect service performance.

Limitation of Liability: Wellness Wisdom Online, its officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Wellness Wisdom Club service, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages. If applicable law prohibits a disclaimer or limitation, Wellness Wisdom Online’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, not exceeding US $500.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Wellness Wisdom Online harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of this agreement or violation of laws or others’ rights.

Governing Law and Venue: The agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Washington, and any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Washington.
